We really appreciated the "added value" that Mike brought to the table. He not only gave us very good advice on what parts of our home could be improved to help maximize the resale value...but then he also was able to connect us with vendors that could do the work. While the "value add" was a great plus from Mike...he also worked hard to make the entire process as stress-free as possible for us. He gave us a good understanding of what was going to happen and when (including a detailed calendar/timeline), he handled various issues that came up during the process, and made us feel comfortable that he was on top of the situation at all times.
